Onsite Workshop Terms and Conditions
- Only a conference room is needed! A training room with desktop computer monitors is helpful, but not necessary. Students can use laptop computers to connect to a server for completing the course labs (one desktop station or laptop for every two students).
- Labs can be completed using either a company server and SystemVerilog simulator licenses, or Sutherland HDL can provide access to a lab server with licensed software for an additional fee. Students connect to the Sutherland HDL training server using VNC (one computer for every two students).

- The minimum class size is 4 students. Maximum class size is 30 students unless special arrangements are made.
- A purchase order must be received at least 3 weeks prior to the first day of the workshop. Sutherland HDL cannot guarantee the requested training date, or make travel arrangements, until the purchase order is received. Purchase orders received within three weeks of the workshop might be assessed up to a $1000 travel surcharge to cover higher travel and shipping costs.
- An invoice with terms of net 30 will be delivered after the first day of class, based on the actual number of students attending the workshop.
- Cancellations prior to 3 weeks before the workshop will not be charged. Cancellations within 3 weeks of the workshop will be charged for the minimum class size.
